Prices for leasing a beach chalet

North Norfolk District Council has a number of purpose-built permanent beach chalets at Cromer and Sheringham.

For 2024, a 5-year lease for renting a chalet starts from:

• Cromer: between £847.87 and £1391.73 per year
• Sheringham: between £1151.32 and £1267.92 per year

To rent a chalet, you must first apply to join the waiting list.
