Inspection of houses of multiple occupations

The Council regularly inspects houses of multiple occupations (HMOs). An inspecting officer will use the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) to identify hazards within an HMO and determine the risk to occupants, such as the likelihood of harm.
