How much are my business rates?
Your new business rates bill will show you how much is due under the section called Charge Details. This will also provide detail on any reliefs, discounts or exemptions you are entitled to. View the business rates charges page to find out how much your business rates are for North Norfolk.
What are the changes to business rates discounts and reliefs in 2024 to 2025?
At a meeting of the Full Council held at the Council Offices on 21 February 2024. Members formally agreed to the 2024 to 2025 rate relief policy.

How do I make payment?
If you already pay by direct debit your details will carry over to your new bill.
We’ll collect your new instalments on the date shown at the bottom of your bill.
You can pay your business rates:
- by direct debit
- online
- using the 24/7 automated payment line on 0300 123 1109 (option 2). You will need your business rates account number.
Tell us immediately if you can’t pay your business rates bill. If you are finding it hard to meet your scheduled payments. We may be able to set up an arrangement to pay your business rates.
Your bill will usually be spread over 10 months within the financial year. We may be able to stretch the bill over the full 12 months on request, reducing your monthly instalments.

How can I view my business rates account online?
Sign up to our online service My Bills and Benefits. You can get access to details of your council tax, business rates or housing benefit account. This service is free and you can view your account at a time that’s convenient for you, 24/7, every day of the year.
You will need to provide your business rates account number when registering for this service.
