Report dog fouling

Tell us about a dog owner failing to clean up after their dog using our online form.

If you want to report an instance of dog fouling please make a note of the following information if possible:

• date and time the fouling took place, or when you discovered it
• location of the incident
• description of the dog and owner

If you have any additional information such as the name or address of the dog owner concerned, please include this on the form.

Public Space Public Protection (PSPO) Fouling of land by dogs

We have a Public Spaces Protection Order in place to deal with Dog Fouling, the order outlines expectations on dog owners within North Norfolk.  This district wide map highlights where the order applies.

Between 10am on Saturday 22nd February and 1pm on Sunday 23rd February our suppliers will be performing system maintenance and updates. This will result in the bin collections system occasionally not responding as expected. We have been told this lack of response will be for no longer than 30 minutes so if the form does not return the result you expect, please try later in the day.
