Local Development Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the Council’s continuing programme for preparing the Local Development Plan and other key documents.
The latest version of the LDS was published in December 2022. An updated document production timetable was added in February 2025.
A new Local Development Scheme is expected to be prepared in relation to future Local Plan reviews.
